For an easy way to spice up your life, just add seasonings to your life! There are many types of seasonings mix, some even in a sauce,to choose from. Some add a special flavor to your food while others add heat and then chili powder for some more heat! They all have something in common though. By adding seasoning to your diet, you can add variety, interesting additions, and new flavors to foods that you have eaten for years!

You can do so much to your food by adding just a few shakes of seasoning to it. Spice is usually derived from plants and vegetables like peppers.
